A set of six ( 5 chairs plus 1 carver ) 19th century mahogany Hepplewhite style dining chairs with shield backs and pierced splats, the generously proportioned horsehair stuffed serpentine seats upholstered in a burgundy flock type fabric.With marks, scuffs, scratches and historic repairs as one would expect with furniture in everyday use but overall this lovely set of chairs and in good condition.
