beautiful aesthetic movement / arts & crafts ash dressing chest with mirror back above an open shelf, the back with six wonderfully decorative tiles (signed) by Minton artist JOHN MOYR SMITH, depicting various scenes including Ivanhoe, Rob Roy, Bride of Lammermoor Ravenswood & Lucy, Kenilworth, Nigel & King James, Heart of Mid Lothian Jeanie & the Queen.the rectangular veined marble top above three drawers and three cupboards with incised and inlaid decoration, decorative brass hinges and handles, plinth base.
Again, this is an absolutely stunning piece not done justice by the photographs.
