set of six fores's steeple chase scenes, hand coloured aquatints, drawn by H. Alken, engraved by J. Harris and published April 24th 1848 by Messrs Fores at their sporting and fine print repository & frame manufactory, 41 Piccadilly, corner of Sackville St. London.
each plate is numbered 1 - 6 with the name of the jump and verse below, handsomely mounted within birds eye maple frames.
some foxing and marks but overall these lovely prints are still nice examples of sporting art.
