good quality walnut bureau of neat proportions.
the fall front opening to fitted interior with tooled leather writing surface over two drawers, shell carved detail to the apron and to the cabriole legs.
other than a couple of minor veneer 'nibbles' and a small amount of old (long dead) worm holes to the back panel (not obvious and do not detract from the piece), this pretty little bureau is in overall very good condition.
