lovely example of a Victorian oak stick barometer by TB Winter of 21 Grey Street Newcastle ( TB Winter were in business in Newcastle Upon Tyne circa 1857-1880 and were known manufacturers of scientific and mathematical instruments )The arched top with bevel edged glass, rectangular cased thermometer below and mercury reservoir with moulded cover.
