good quality mahogany desk with black tooled leather writing surface, three frieze drawers , the two smaller of which are fitted with Hobbs & Co London locks ( with keys ) and four further drawers to each pedestal which also have the unusual feature of being fitted with a locking bar mechanism ( with keys ), all drawers with wooden knobs, plinth base.
normal marks and scuffs commensurate with age and use but overall this very handsome desk is in good sound condition with a very pleasing colour and patina.
